Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead
Join KPMG US as the Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead of Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) to lead solution development, support delivery, and manage relationships across the global functions. Responsibilities
Work with business teams and GT&K delivery teams on solution requirements, roadmaps, and planning activities; assist in receiving new work requests through standard GT&K processes. Provide oversight and assist in managing solution development and support efforts, and in the delivery of other GT&K related services to global functions as needed. Address challenges escalated by business teams and help ensure they are resolved promptly; escalate further to appropriate leadership teams when necessary. Provide regular status and reporting to business teams on progress, issues, financial tracking, and assistance on annual budget planning. Manage technical aspects of a portfolio of existing solutions through their lifecycle, interfacing on requirements, roadmaps, development priorities, budgets, and IT finances. Work with Senior Solutions Management Leads, Solution Management leads, Solution Architecture and Engineering leads, and broader GT&K teams to deliver commitments to global business functions. Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent progressive experience in IT, with background in Business Analysis, Enterprise/Solution Architecture, and involvement in solution development. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science); Master’s Degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with business teams, managing relationships, and translating technology to business challenges. Experience with SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub, and with project reporting and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project. Broad knowledge of application and infrastructure architectures, including Microsoft platforms (Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), automation tools (ServiceNow), reporting suites (Power BI), and enterprise application suites (SAP Finance/HR, Salesforce).
