What You'll Do
Review SAFS-DCFS navigation applications and related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with clients to obtain eligibility verification documents via email and phone calls, ensuring proactive communication.
Order and track all departmental supplies while maintaining budget compliance throughout the fiscal year.
What You'll Bring
Education Level:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Personal Characteristics:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications/Licenses:
None required, but relevant certifications are a plus.
Physical Abilities:
Ability to perform office tasks including lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
