Step into a pivotal role at our headquarters, working alongside Project Managers to ensure the seamless execution of confidential customer projects. We’re seeking a proactive specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.
What You’ll Do
Support the Project Manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and project updates using cutting-edge systems: Salesforce (SFDC), Kantata PMO, SAP 4.7, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Serve as a key communication bridge, contacting customers to obtain access information and coordinating site schedules with internal teams.
Provide weekly project status updates for both internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Ensure smooth documentation management by updating Teams/SharePoint trackers and uploading closeout documents.
Prepare and submit invoicing using SAP.
Foster effective processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Passion for working cross-functionally and building efficient processes.
Results-oriented mindset: eager to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
Unwavering integrity, honesty, and clarity in all interactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills; keen ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + prior experience with process improvement/lean methodology.
