Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Owensboro / Western KY area for a Business Development Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and conducting market research. The role will involve maintaining and building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization through strategic initiatives and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for researching, evaluating, and identifying business opportunities
Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with clients, building relationships, and presenting ideas
Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and growth strategies
Proven expertise in Customer Service to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
Proactive problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
Previous experience in business Lending & development or a related role is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage tasks independently
