Job Description

The Pre-Delivery Technician is responsible for the safe assembly of powersports, while following Company guidelines and procedures.

Essential Duties And Tasks

Model the Company’s mission by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company’s guests and community.

Assemble ATVs, SXS, motorcycles, personal watercraft and boats.

Install accessories on new units.

Wash units for sales and service departments.

Maintain and uphold all safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some post‑high‑school education or related training program preferred.

Knowledge of major powersports brands preferred.

Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Unrestricted valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Excellent work history.

Mechanically inclined, detail oriented and committed to quality and safety.

Ability to work on Saturdays.

Ability to satisfactorily complete pre‑employment background and drug screen.

Benefits Group Benefits eligibility for full‑time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
