What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage: primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns; support directives from Area or District Manager, maximize team productivity, foster engagement to grow and develop the team.

Team Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, focused on solutions during challenges
Flexible schedule availability to support the District Manager and customer commitments
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts
Comfortable learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Encourage applications from candidates who: No degree needed
No prior experience or returning to the workforce
Have military experience
Access to reliable transportation
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, frequently use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel via car or plane (including overnight stays).
