What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Your playbook for success.
Serve as primary contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support directives from Area or District Manager, drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Requirements
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution.
Flexible schedule, ability to work varied hours supporting District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel via car or plane, including overnight stays.
