Provide operational supervision to achieve high levels of service, product quality, and other criteria in accordance with polies, goals and objectives. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate performance of assigned personnel. Ensure routine and special orders are filled and delivered within contract metrics, while coordinating special product needs with other departments. Manage workflow in production areas, delegate tasks, develop staff schedules, and lead shift huddles to maintain standardized processes. Handle escalated customer complaints, support complaint investigations, and engage stakeholders for resolution. Monitor storage requirements, perform quality control on equipment and procedures, and oversee equipment maintenance and repair.
