Manufacturing Engineer
for a prominent client of ours.
Location:
Memphis, TN
Pay Rate:
$35-$37/hr
Duration:
12 months (possible extension/conversion based on performance and budget)
Main Responsibilities
Manage the transfer of manufacturing processes between locations, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones for the transfer process.
Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, regulatory, supply planning, procurement, production teams, and suppliers to align objectives and address potential issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field is required.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required (medical device preferred).
Experience in New Product Development and Product transfer is highly preferred but not required.
Experience with project engineering (creating project plans, timelines, milestones, etc) is preferred but not required.
