Job Description Are you an experienced

Licensed Practical Nurse

looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

Coordinate, complete, and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes and results

Establish and maintain an action plan to improve HEDIS scores

Implement process to request and evaluate member compliance reports for each HEDIS measure, including evaluating improvement opportunities

Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

At least one year of HEDIS experience – Preferred

At least one year of experience in a Quality function in a healthcare setting
