What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the overall LMS initiative, including program management and tactical project execution
Develop project management artifacts such as charters, resource grids, and milestone plans
Plan, execute, monitor, and control internal business workstreams related to LMS
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to manage integrated project plans
Identify and address risks while communicating changes to project sponsors
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of LMS project management experience
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years within a PMO
Proven experience leading projects in the insurance and/or wealth management industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with LMS implementations, migrations, and consolidations
Demonstrated success in delivering complex long-term projects on time and within budget
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate collaboration
