As a Technical Engineer at CFAB Global, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing engineering projects. You’ll use your CAD expertise to develop detailed system designs and collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes. This role requires flexibility: you’ll engage in sales discussions, visit client sites, and take a hands‑on approach to technical installations and the assembly of system components.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine system designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate client requirements into feasible technical solutions. Project Coordination
Oversee engineering projects from concept through installation and commissioning. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and relevant industry regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize project schedules and deliverables. Participate in pre‑sales activities, such as technical presentations and proposal development. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, addressing any technical concerns or inquiries. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather technical requirements. Lead on‑site installations of system components and supervise technical teams. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, coordinating with engineering and support teams for timely resolution. Ensure safe and efficient assembly, following all safety guidelines and best practices. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for engineering projects. Technical Proficiency
Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and assembly methods. Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations. Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Requirements
