Greenhouse Associate III

to play a key leadership role in our greenhouse operations at the 4Roots Farm Campus. This is an advanced, hands-on position designed for an experienced greenhouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is ready to take ownership of daily production tasks while mentoring others. As a Greenhouse Associate III, you will work with a high level of independence under the direction of the Lead Greenhouse Grower, supporting crop production, system health, and operational excellence across our greenhouse systems—including aquaponics. What You’ll Do

Advanced Crop Production & Plant Care Lead and execute complex production tasks including seeding, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvest coordination Monitor plant health closely and support integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, including beneficial insect releases and approved treatments Maintain accurate production, treatment, and harvest records in accordance with SOPs Greenhouse & System Operations Support aquaponic system maintenance, including fish harvesting Ensure greenhouse systems, tools, and workspaces are clean, organized, and operating efficiently Uphold safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times Leadership & Team Support Train and guide Greenhouse Associate I & II team members in production techniques, sanitation practices, and SOP compliance Support daily workflow planning and execution alongside the Lead Greenhouse Grower Serve as a knowledgeable resource for greenhouse operations and best practices Operational & Campus Support Deliver harvested produce to designated locations Assist with greenhouse setup, breakdown, and preparation for daily tasks Participate in occasional campus tours or presentations representing the 4Roots mission What We’re Looking For

2 years of hands-on greenhouse or controlled environment agriculture experience Prior experience with

aquaponics and/or integrated pest management (IPM)
