This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business. Electric Heat is a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Backed by the strength of ASPEQ Heating Group and Marley Engineered Products, we offer a wide range of standard and customized products through leading brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko, and Brasch. Our portfolio includes baseboard, wall, unit, and infrared heaters, along with ceiling fans and air circulators designed to deliver comfort, reliability, and performance. Job Summary As a Stockroom Specialist, you will receive, store, and issue equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, or tools, and compile stock records in the stockroom.
Job Responsibilities
Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.
Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.
Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
Compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.
Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles.
Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
Makes adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock.
Cuts stock to size to fill order.
Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments.
Maintains inventory and other stock records.
Qualifications Required Experience
One to three months of related experience and/or training.
Preferred Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Travel & Working Environment
Required to stand, use hands, walk, talk, and occasional sit; lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, electrical shock risk, vibration; noisy environment.
Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus adjustment.
