Responsible for part process & documentation development, creating and updating manufacturing process templates per engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Required to develop, detail each manufacturing sequence, review and control manufacturing process operation documentation in aero domain.
Create detailed part & assembly sequenced process manufacturing templates using SAP / ERP database management system.
Able to understand various tooling setup so that the build sequence and stage‑wise BOM must be developed, in accordance with engineering BOM.
Identify the exceptions and conditions of supply as per the manufacturing sequence / next higher assembly / engineering details.
Good knowledge in machining, sheet metal & production resource tools.
Knowledge on tool creation and cancellation in the machine shop.
Good knowledge in technical specifications and aero drawing / 3D model reading skills.
Must have good knowledge in Catia V5 and other CAD applications software.
Able to create the production visual aids (graphics) using the existing 3D models.
Fair understanding of NC programming limitations.
Coordination skills with offshore team are a must.
