Sales and Marketing Administrator (Lighting)

i) Core Responsibility:
Support the CEO in overseeing and managing the sales department.
ii) Sales Administration Tasks:
Assist the sales department with administrative duties such as preparing quotations, tenders, and related documentation.
Receive, verify, and process customer orders through coordination with internal departments.
Prepare marketing presentation materials and product samples.
Maintain and update sales and customer records, including distributor agreements.
Compile and generate monthly sales reports.
Channel customer feedback to the appropriate departments.
Stay informed about new product developments and features.
iii) Marketing Activities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, including the monitoring and evaluation of campaign effectiveness.
Manage and develop e-commerce sales initiatives.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
Write copy for various marketing collateral, including brochures, press releases, and website content.
Monitor marketing performance metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing platforms and materials.
Plan and organize marketing events.
iv) Other Duties:
Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
