The Company is seeking a CEO to provide visionary and mission-driven leadership for its Southwest affiliate. The successful candidate will be a highly relational and experienced leader, responsible for setting and advancing the organizational vision in alignment with the mission and values. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can drive growth, innovation, and community impact through program expansion, new service models, and strategic partnerships. The CEO will also be tasked with ensuring the delivery of high-quality, mission-aligned human services, integrating faith-based values into decision-making, and overseeing financial stewardship, including fundraising and development efforts.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company's Southwest affiliate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of senior executive leadership experience in a relevant sector. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership, particularly within highly regulated program environments. Experience in behavioral health programs is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in fundraising, and relationship-building, and will be adept at fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
