About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Financial Reporting to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the preparation and filing of various SEC documents, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements, and investor presentations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliverables across global teams, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, and leading annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors. A key aspect of the role is driving process improvements through the implementation of technology, automation, and the standardization of reporting workflows.
Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Reporting position at the company should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, an active CPA license, and a minimum of 12 years' of relevant experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting for public companies.
