The CPO will be a strategic partner, advising on the alignment of people strategy with the firm's overall strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping and stewarding the company's talent philosophy, employee experience, and organizational culture. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's values are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience. Additionally, the CPO will lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development, and will be instrumental in driving performance management and career development programs.
Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in professional services.
