About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior HR leader and a key strategic partner, responsible for shaping and executing talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and workforce performance. This role involves leading critical HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, training and development, and managing a small local HR team. The Head of Talent Management will also be involved in strategic HR leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and leading change management initiatives.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, and a strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. The role requires a candidate with excellent judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels. Experience in highly technical, operational, and compliance-driven environments is essential, and a background in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated industries is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee situations with confidence. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are also a must.
