Familiar with dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools to support data-driven decision-making. Experience with Confluence, MS Teams, and task management tools. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Kanban). Coordinate and schedule architecture review meetings, including calendar invites and logistics High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT processes including software architecture and design. The candidate will play a critical role in enabling the smooth execution of enterprise architecture reviews by coordinating logistics, managing documentation, tracking review outcomes, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in various deliverables. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis Support intake, triage and closure of architecture review requests Collaborating with architects and technical leads to perform daily project and operational activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and issue resolution. Support multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities and adapting to shifting timelines. Manage documentation, reporting, and task tracking using Share Point, Confluence, MS Teams, JIRA and other collaboration tools. Maintain and update architecture review documentation, templates, and tracking systems Assist in compiling review materials such as diagrams, presentations, and technical summaries Help manage dashboards and reporting tools for architecture governance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables. Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency efforts.
