About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Analytics to spearhead its marketing science and advanced analytics practice. The successful candidate will be the executive authority on media effectiveness, modeling, and data-driven growth strategy, with a focus on owning analytics delivery and building scalable, proprietary analytics capabilities for enterprise marketing clients. This role requires a leader with a blend of deep technical credibility and exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable business guidance for senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading advanced marketing analytics engagements, architecting the marketing science framework, driving the adoption of open-source MMM frameworks, and leading the development of proprietary analytics tooling. The role also involves establishing modern analytics workflows, integrating new datasets, and serving as a senior client advisor with a strong focus on client relationships and value realization.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or marketing science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. Technical and analytical expectations include proficiency in R or Python, experience with media mix modeling, and a strong background in advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions within agency or consulting environments, deep experience with digital and cross-channel media data, and the ability to influence and lead client engagements.
