A leading dental laboratory in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced
Dental Ceramist
to join its high-performing team. This role requires a strong background in
aesthetic and cosmetic ceramics , with a focus on producing lifelike restorations that meet exacting standards of quality and function.
Key Responsibilities Fabricate and finish high-quality all-ceramic and PFM restorations with precision and artistry Execute custom shade matching and contouring for anterior and posterior cases Collaborate closely with design, model, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow and case accuracy Review digital and analog cases to verify margins, occlusion, and esthetics prior to delivery Maintain quality standards in alignment with client specifications and timelines
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a dental ceramist Proven expertise in high-end aesthetic and cosmetic cases (anterior focus preferred) Strong understanding of color theory, contour, and surface texture Experience with digital workflows and staining systems preferred Full benefits package including
