This part‑time position supports the Office of Student Life, assisting the Coordinator for Student Initiatives. The role focuses on student engagement, community service, and creating meaningful experiences for on‑campus and online students. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community members Monitor and update office bulletin boards to distribute accurate, current information to students Participate in virtual community sessions to facilitate engagement with online students Assist with on‑campus Student Life events, volunteer recruitment, and community service projects Maintain confidentiality of student information in compliance with university, state, and federal regulations Represent Middle Georgia State University with professionalism at all times Required Qualifications
Minimum GPA of 2.5 Currently enrolled at Middle Georgia State University for at least 6 credit hours (preferably 12) Maintain satisfactory academic progress Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Equal Employment Opportunity
