We are currently seeking dependable individuals who are interested in joining our team as landscaping crew members. This position offers the ability to showcase quality workmanship and execute various landscaping projects! Position Summary
As a landscape crew member, you will play an important role in ensuring all jobs are completed correctly and on time. Crew members work in the field with a crew of 2 or 3 and a foreman, and the team is expected to get work done safely, efficiently, and with quality. Responsibilities
Professionally represent Salsbery Brothers Landscaping Maintain communication with the job foreman Work as a team to meet projected hours on jobs Prepare and secure all materials, tools, and equipment Learn how to operate equipment safely Promote safe working conditions at all times Maintain clean equipment, truck, trailer, and job site Maintain company policies and procedures Requirements / Qualifications
Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals. Basic plant identification and care knowledge Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or more regularly Must have a valid driver's license Have a good work ethic Operate equipment relative to your position Ability to work on your feet for long hours Willingness to be a good team member Position Salary
$18‑20 hourly depending on experience Benefits
