The Grove LA Stockroom Associate II – Coach Coach is a global luxury fashion house founded in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio. The Stockroom Associate II role supports the store’s overall success by ensuring efficient flow of product, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining brand standards throughout the sales floor and back‑office.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Wrap

Greet customers with a smile and offer your name.

Interact genuinely and naturally with customers.

Determine customers’ needs and capture contact information when permitted.

Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.

Suggest add‑ons, sell gift cards, and thank customers to encourage return visits.

Represent Coach brand appropriately.

Keep cash and POS media compliant with Coach policy.

Stockroom / Warehouse

Receive shipments and transfers, notify management, and scan cartons.

Verify store information, communicate discrepancies, and process items according to Coach standards.

Organize, clean, and cycle count stock; maintain loss‑prevention standards.

Shift and organize product to support sales floor replenishment.

Sales Floor

Analyze floor to assess replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.

Provide product information and respond to customer requests.

Support sales activities and maintain housekeeping standards.

Additional Requirements

Experience – 1–3 years in retail (cashier, stockroom, or luxury environment).

Education – high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Tech – knowledge of POS, iPad/laptop, mobile POS, walkie‑talkie, and score sheets.

Physical – lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, and work at a fast pace.

Schedule – flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and busy sales days.

Compensation Base pay range: $15.00–$19.50 per hour, subject to minimum wage requirements and local regulations.
