Salem Health invites a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our established team in Salem, Oregon. You ll be part of a collaborative team of physicians and APPs providing comprehensive urologic services across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings all while enjoying work-life balance in the heart of Oregon s scenic Willamette Valley.
Position Highlights: Full-scope general urology practice with opportunities to pursue niche interests
Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, OR-based procedures including robotic-assisted surgery
AI-enhanced technology and full EPIC EMR integration to improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency
Participation in shared call rotation, including inpatient rounds and urgent urologic surgeries
Opportunities to lead in protocol development, policy design, and patient education initiatives
What You ll Need: MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Urology residency
Board certification in Urology (or eligibility within 5 years)
Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Experience with robotic and general urologic procedures
Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus
Compensation & Incentives: Base salary starting at $545,972 with uncapped productivity potential
$75,000 start bonus
Up to $27,000 in relocation assistance
Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over 5 years
CME stipend with dedicated time off
Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, retirement contributions, and malpractice insurance
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
