Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for customer service, consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing:
Warmly greet prospective clients.
Answer incoming leasing calls.
Determine needs and preferences.
Professionally present the community and apartment homes.
Utilize feature/benefit selling.
Close the sale.
Follow up.
Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy; participate in audit assignments.
Maintain cleanliness of tour paths to ensure a positive first impression.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and.
Participate in and assist with planning community events.
Assist with various additional community projects as assigned.
Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
Qualifications
1‑2 years of customer service and sales experience.
Strong communication skills.
High energy and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for providing excellent service.
People‑oriented: warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
Basic computer skills: typing, writing, and correspondence.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Available evenings and weekends.
Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and core values daily.
