Busser / Food Runner (Part-Time/Seasonal, Now - May)

Pay & Hours
Hours: Breakfast – 7–11 a.m.; Lunch – 11 a.m.–4 p.m.; Dinner – 4:30–9 p.m.
Starting wage: $19.50 per hour or more depending on experience (guaranteed year‑round, no fluctuations).

Responsibilities
Reset tables and ensure they are free of food particles and water spots.
Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware and glassware with proper positioning.
Remove dirty dishes and carry them to the dishwashing area.
Stock side stations with silverware, china, glass, ice and other needed items.
Check on tables during service hours, provide water refills and clear dishes; respond to guest requests and communicate them to servers.
Pour coffee, replenish rolls and butter.
Remain on the dining room floor to be available and visible.
Assist in function set‑up and tear‑down.
Assist with food delivery as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required to stand for long periods of time.
