Location: Tampa, FL
Responsibilities
Maintain buildings and breezeways free of trash and cobwebs.
Sweep and blow debris.
Replace light bulbs in common areas.
Walk the property monthly and pressure wash buildings.
Prepare market‑ready units.
Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
Maintain compactor area free from debris.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Detail oriented.
Organizational skills.
Positive attitude and dedication.
