Teacher Responsibilities:
Implement our award‑winning curriculum to meet each child’s unique learning style, foster relationships, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, document milestones via our app, and model developmentally appropriate social behavior. Driver Responsibilities:
Safely transport children to and from elementary schools and field trips in a small bus, ensure a healthy and nurturing environment, and complete safety checks and drills. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. NCECC certificate preferred. Willingness to drive a 14‑passenger minibus (no CDL required). Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work while standing. Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. BSAC training required. Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required. Benefits
