Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide specialized support for students within elementary school settings, focusing on enhancing communication skills and promoting academic success. This role is ideal for professionals licensed in Kansas who are dedicated to making a positive impact in educational environments. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students across diverse needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and education teams to implement effective strategies Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs) Qualifications: Valid Kansas SLP License required Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working within school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with staff Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt to varying student needs Location and Schedule: Positions available onsite in either Emporia, KS, or Council Grove, KS Assignment duration: Immediate start through May 20, 2026 Full-time or part-time hours available Typical daily caseload varies from 10-12 students one day to 50-55 students across five days Benefits: Opportunity to work in supportive cooperative educational environments Engage with a network of professionals committed to special education Impactful role contributing to student growth and development Qualified speech-language pathologists interested in providing exceptional care and support in these vibrant school districts are encouraged to apply.
