Key Responsibilities
Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures using all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water‑proofing and heat‑resistant finishes. Tape, flush, repair, and apply texturing, wallpaper, and acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces. Adjust colors when necessary and utilize enhanced finishing skills when appropriate. Apply materials to new construction, existing, multi‑story buildings, alterations, and remodeling. Operate, clean, and maintain all painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, electrostatic sprayers, pumps, etc. Safely store and label all materials. Erect scaffolding, rigging, and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes. Qualifications
Current driver’s license and clean driving record. Drug‑free work environment compliance. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a skilled painter. Must have working knowledge of painting materials and techniques. Benefits
