Experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses and trial preparation necessary; some civil litigation experience a plus. Virginia Bar admission is required.

*Daily Responsibilities Include:*
* Case evaluation and analysis * Compliance and legal research * Drafting briefs and discovery * Case management (opening to hearing) * Client consultations and interviews * Advocate on behalf of clients via depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations * Demonstrated experience in accurately tracking and managing billable hours, ensuring compliance with firm policies, client requirements, and legal industry standards
