Assembler
in Tempe, Arizona.

Tempe, Arizona 85281
Responsibilities
Work in a clean room environment, operating various tools in the production of MCP.
Set up machines, run them, and perform minor preventive maintenance duties.
Use data entry tools for product movement and electronic applications.
Wear a bunny suit and appropriate PPE in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products following detailed procedures.
Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
Identify and correct non‑conforming parts following documented procedures.
Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high‑quality products.
Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
Use Microsoft Office, data entry, email.
Read and write in English; read drawings/blueprints and work instructions.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with 0–2 years of related manufacturing work experience, or 4 years of relevant experience.
Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range:
$18–$19 per hour
