Carpenter Laborer - Traveling Position

Job Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of commercial carpentry tasks with a strong focus on high‑quality finish work, including the installation of doors, frames, hardware, millwork, cabinetry, trim, and specialty fixtures.
Competently execute framing and assist with drywall hanging as required by the project scope.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately lay out work and ensure precise installations.
Work effectively with the Site Supervisor and other crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Uphold Trimerge’s standards for excellence by performing self‑inspections of your work to ensure a high‑quality, defect‑free installation.
Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the entire team.
Proactively identify and report on‑site issues to the Site Supervisor, offering practical solutions where possible to keep the project moving forward.
Job Qualifications:
Accurate measuring and math skills required.
Good physical condition and dexterity.
Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrated expertise in finish carpentry, including millwork, casework, and architectural hardware installation.
Proficiency in framing and a solid understanding of related trades (drywall, acoustical ceilings).
The ability to read and interpret commercial construction blueprints and specifications is mandatory.
Strong understanding of job site safety requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a larger team.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for extended periods is a firm requirement of this position.
OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
