Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift (Medical Device Assembly)

We are hiring Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shift to support the production and testing of life‑saving medical devices. These roles involve assembling small components using microscopes, tools, fixtures, and work instructions in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be open to weekday work and occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
Comply with Quality System policies and regulatory requirements
Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials
Train coworkers on job functions when needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area to support manufacturing flow
Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Skills
Microscope experience (90% of shift)
Small‑part assembly skills
Strong communication abilities
Minimum 6 months of high‑volume small‑part assembly using a microscope
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Skills & Qualifications (Preferred)
Medical device assembly experience
Cleanroom experience
Familiarity with hand and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Mechanical and electrical assembly skills
Shift Schedules
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may start as early as 5:00 AM or end as late as 3:30 PM)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM or 3:45 PM start time. Saturday availability required for both shifts.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
