Responsibilities
Performs filling and packing work assignments and material handling duties to support various operations.
Chooses appropriate materials to complete a job (e.g., tubes, boxes, labels).
Sets up equipment and machinery for operation.
Works with a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers that are ready to ship on time to customers.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
18 years of age or older.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, physical and background check.
General mechanical aptitude, machine operating and multi‑tasking experience is a plus.
Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Union membership required after 30 days of employment.
Shift 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Initial training will occur during 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Occasional overtime may be required.
Pay $25.79 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.75 per hour for 2nd shift. Training hours worked on 1st shift will not include shift differential.
