One year of experience performing building maintenance. HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities
Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily. Assist departments with move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care. Perform building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting. Document completed work. Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner. Available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled. About Hillcrest
