Job Description Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Daily Responsibilities
Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health need
Document calls and actions using standard computer software applications
Provide resource and education to non‑licensed behavioral health staff
Schedule and make follow up calls to provide care facilitation
Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope
Work with other internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs
Provide professional assessments, interventions within scope of relevant licensure
Provide information and behavioral health education to callers
Qualifications Requirements:
LPC, LCSW, LMSW, Certified BHP (behavioral health professional) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, OR Licensed Independent Substance abuse counselor
1+ year of behavioral health experience in crisis intervention
Hours for this Position
Shift is flexible, we are looking for candidates that are open to different shift times due to Nurseresponse being open 24/7!
Pay rate $21-$25 per hour
