Spero Health is seeking a licensed Counselor/Social Worker to join our awesome team in Lancaster. This position supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
Provide counseling to patients through evidence-based practice.
Provide patient education.
Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 regulations.
Requirements
Education : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or another related program) OR High School Diploma with CDCA licensure.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of full‑time employment/internship in a human‑services setting OR Master’s Degree in behavioral science as defined above.
License : LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LIMFT, LCDCII, LCDC III, LICDC, CDCA.
