Serve as the first impression for patients, residents, family members, physicians, health care providers and vendors. Provide exceptional customer service, use technical and office skills to exceed expectations, manage telephone systems, computers, photocopiers and multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Basic understanding of telephone systems, computer and photocopier. Ability to work with frequent interruptions and multi‑task effectively. Professional telephone and personal presentation. Positive and friendly interaction with people. Benefits
