Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.
Key responsibilities include:
Unloading trucks and stocking new freight.
Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
