Follow all dealership policies regarding vehicle care and safety.

Manage and explain extended warranty options.
Inspect completed work to ensure repair quality and accuracy.
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
Review completed repairs and costs with customers clearly and professionally.
Resolve minor customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Keep the Service Manager informed of any potential issues.
Maintain top‑tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in alignment with Toyota standards.
