Job Overview

Selectors will pick produce cases from slots and stack product on a walking pallet jack (cases weight 1-50# each), stage pallets on loading docks, and load pallets on 24' straight trucks. They select and pull between 400-500 packages per night, demonstrate attention to detail by evaluating produce quality, be a good communicator, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Responsibilities

Pick produce cases from slots and stack product on a pallet jack. Stage pallets on loading docks and load pallets on 24' straight trucks. Pull between 400-500 packages per night. Evaluate produce quality and ensure the quality of products loaded onto trucks. Communicate with team members and management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 1 year of picking/selecting experience preferred. Ability to operate typical warehouse machinery and tools and willingness to become certified in operating a forklift. Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly. Must have manual dexterity, lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet, and work standing up for 8+ hours per day. Pay & Benefits

$16-$20 per hour, starting pay based on experience and performance. Overtime pay of $24.00-$30.00 after 40 hours per week. PTO for Personal, Vacation, and Holidays.
