What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and chat for accounting and tax platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat
Hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps down and up
A working phone line (home phone or mobile) and a suitable home office setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or technical support roles
Familiarity with accounting and tax software applications
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Previous remote work experience
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
