About the Job We are looking for leaders to serve as assistant managers. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent pizza service. This position offers a fun, flexible environment and long‑term career growth.

Responsibilities

Lead all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.

Set a positive example, follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Perform general store duties: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, complete inventory paperwork, and maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facility.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Willing and able to work during inclement weather and open/close the store.

Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Ability to enter orders quickly using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Physical capability: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and other tasks described below.

Physical Requirements

Standing (most tasks performed standing, work surfaces 36–48 inches).

Walking/Jogging/Running for short distances.

Sitting during paperwork at an office desk.

Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking to 72” high.

Carrying: large items up to 50 lbs, pizza dough trays (≈12 lbs each).

Pushing: moving trays on dollies, up to 30 lbs force.

Climbing/Stairs: infrequent use of ladders or stairs for store maintenance.

Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting: necessary at assembly stations.

Reaching: up/down/forward, occasional reach to 72”.

Hand tasks: continuous use of hands, coordination, forceful hand‑peel and cutter use.

Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
