Brief Description
$3,500 sign‑on bonus The Production Worker (Filament Winding Line Support Operator) is responsible for all poles and processes associated with filament winding, curing, extracting, prepping mandrels, assembly, sanding, prepping and painting. This person will be accountable for the manufacturing, safety, quality, and efficiency of the poles. The position may also help in any other area of the manufacturing plant as needed. Available Shifts
Days – Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Nights – Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Compensation
GEOTEK’s compensation model is skill‑based. Starting pay levels are determined by previous experience and transferable skills. The range for this position is: Level 1: $21.25 Level 2: $21.25–$23.50 Level 3: $23.50–$25.00 Level 4: $25.00–$26.50 The hiring manager will determine the pay level based on experience, skillset, and knowledge. Carriage cleaning & prep Crane operations Cure station and inspection Filament winding & veil wrapping Glass rack stocking & splicing Manually coating poles Mandrel prepping & storage Assembly & drilling Pole palletizing Repair/repaints Job Requirements
Close attention to detail Able to read and write in English Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure Able to work and lead with minimal supervision Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills Strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safety High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Work Conditions
Position located on the production floor, standing up to 10 hours a day Work with or around power tools and chemicals Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally GEOTEK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
