Maintenance Technician – Turn | Phoenix, AZ

This is a full‑time position with benefits and a pay range of
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour .
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
Address resident service requests related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, resolving them quickly and professionally.
Oversee unit turnovers, conducting inspections, repairs, and cleaning to prepare apartments for new residents.
Maintain community curb appeal, including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management team members to support the multi‑family complex.
Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours emergency maintenance services as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
Perform additional duties as required.
Who You Are
Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
Proficiency in operating hand tools and power equipment such as drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, and plumbing tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional service to residents.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on‑call rotation for emergencies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
