Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their client's team in Vista, California. This role is essential to the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient production environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the production manager.
Assist with the training of new production staff as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and perform basic troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, along with benefits provided by the client company.
